Before going to start Ethical Hacking lets know what does Hacking actually mean?

Most of us has an bad views on hackers that they steal bank accounts,hack website,hack email-password etc.... But in real hackers are the computer and internet geek ,they know the basics for hardware,software,coding programs of how they works internally and externally.

Hackers are of three types:-

1)Whitehat (EthicalHackers):-These hackers are considered as the good guys they use their skills to discover vulnerabilities, to protect any organization or any companies on their written permission just like police security personnel does.

2)Blackhat:-These hackers are considered as bad guys they do just the opposite what the whitehat hackers do,they compromise sensitive information, they try to steal bank account, hack an unauthorised website they act like an thief .

3)Greyhat:-These hackers are somewhere intermediary between whitehat and blackhat hackers.They will neither illegally exploit it, nor tell others how to do so.They have skill like whitehat but break into the system without permission.

Now we come to know what does Ethical Hacking mean but how to become an Ethical Hacker?

Here i will provide you each and every concept clearly to reach your goal:-

1)Learn about the basics of computer hardware ex:-BIOS,motherboard,CPU,RAM,get knowledge about networking concepts,operating system works and different components (printer,display,hard disk,speaker) troubleshooting.By learning this you can get  jobs into a position of  tech support , help desk and computer repair type jobs.You will be able to maintain your computer with security and performance. This is the starting point to start your Ethical Hacking career.

2)After gaining some experience in any of the positions above then move to an career in network administration here you need to study network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management and security by learning these concepts you are able to get to a position of  network  or systems administrator.

3)By gaining some experience as system or network administrator work towards the areas of
network security, including cloud security, encryption, security protocols, system security and network infrastructure. Here you will move to an position of network security position.

4) Being in an position of network security position give effort in studying social engineering,reverse engineering,Intrusion Detection, Policy Creation, DDoS Attacks, Buffer Overflows , Virus Creation. and penetration testing.After getting knowledge on the above topics now you are ready to dive into ethical hacking position by becoming an Certified Ethical Hacker.

Note:-try to have some knowledge on linux,java programming,and database concepts for advancing in your Ethical Hacking field.

By gaining knowledge on above concepts you can determine potential online criminal activity at its inception, how to gather legal evidence, how to search and how to investigate wireless attacks.We can protect government agencies, private businesses and public organizations from threats.
