open vlc:-
1)just drag your subtitle file on vlc
2)just note that the time when you hear the first word and the subtitle you see first time.Ex:-ist word heard at 30sec and subtitle comes at 40sec.
3)here you have to delay subtitle by 10sec.
4)click on (1) i,e extended setting as below shown pic and the click on (2) synchronization
5)here i have to move my subtitle 10 sec backward so i will adjust my time to(3) -10.0 sec then click on close you are done.
